We are looking for a skilled and experienced Journeyperson Electrician to join our team and help us continue providing top-tier electrical services.
Responsibilities:
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams to plan installations.
Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, fixtures, and equipment.
Troubleshoot electrical faults, circuits, and system failures.
Follow safety protocols and electrical codes while working on job sites.
Use hand and power tools to complete electrical tasks efficiently.
Work on a variety of projects, including residential homes, commercial buildings, and industrial sites.
Communicate with project coordinators, site foremans & supervisors, and other tradespeople to ensure job completion on time.
Test electrical components for functionality and safety.
Maintain a clean and organized work area.
Qualifications:
Red Seal Journeyperson Electrician Certification
Minimum 4-5 years of experience in electrical work.
Strong knowledge of Canadian Electrical Code (CEC) and safety regulations.
Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and wiring diagrams.
Strong troubleshooting skills and attention to detail.
Strong oral and written communication skills.
Ability to lift 50 lbs.
Ability to work safely on ladders, at heights, and in confined spaces.
Comfortable working in various weather conditions.
Valid driver’s license and clean driving record (preferred).
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

We are looking for an ambitious electrical apprentice to join our team.
Job Overview:
This is an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience and work towards becoming a Red Seal certified electrician. As an apprentice, you will be focused on learning from our certified electrician through instruction, observation, and the performance of assigned supervised tasks. The goal of this role is to help the right candidate become a fully qualified electrician; eventually being able to complete electrical tasks independently.
This role will allow the apprentice to learn and be hands-on with residential construction; and infrastructure installations. Tasks are completed from the planning stage to clean up and everything in between.
This is a key role for our company and growing team.
Responsibilities:

Job Duties
Reading and interpreting designs and blueprints, and preparing drawings to determine specifications and calculate requirements per client and contract requirements.
Preparing layouts that align with building codes and regulatory requirements using measuring tools.
Measuring, cutting, preparing and assembling materials made of wood, wood substitutes, lightweight steel and other materials to meet construction requirements.
Building foundations, installing floor beams, laying subflooring, and erecting walls and roof systems.
Finishing work including, fitting, and installing trim items, such as doors, stairs, moulding and hardware.
May be required to supervise apprentices and other construction workers.
May be required to prepare cost estimates for clients.

Levelling top surface of concrete according to grade and depth specifications using straightedge or float.
Imparting desired texture and finish to concrete surfaces using hand and power tools.
Installing anchor bolts, steel plates, door sills and other fixtures in freshly poured concrete.
Applying hardening and sealing compounds to cure the surface of concrete.
Waterproofing, damp-proof and reconciling broken concrete surfaces.
Repairing, resurfacing, and replacing worn or damaged sections of floors, walls, roads and other concrete structures.
May be required to direct the work of other construction workers to achieve the desired outcomes of the job.

Reporting to the Business Manager, the Project Coordinator is responsible for overseeing the acquisition, tracking, and organization of materials and equipment required for various construction projects. This role involves the use of digital tools, effective communication with stakeholders, and leadership in managing supplies and logistics.
Responsibilities
Sourcing and Procurement:
Identify products, ensure competitive pricing, and procure materials, tools, and equipment to meet project requirements.
During the selection process of products, materials, tools and equipment, ensure items are compatible for project needs in regards to sizing, appropriate connection points, fit & functionality.
Collaborate with clients, suppliers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure timely delivery and quality of materials.
Supplies Management:
Collaborate with the Site Coordinator to monitor and maintain optimal stock levels of consumables and construction materials.
Develop and manage systems to track incoming and outgoing supplies, minimizing waste and inefficiencies.
Quality Control:
Inspect materials upon arrival to ensure they meet project specifications, including conducting quality tests and verifying dimensions.
Address any discrepancies, missing items, or backorders promptly.
Logistics and Staging:
Coordinate the staging, organization, and distribution of materials and equipment for all projects.
Direct warehouse and yard operations to maintain a clean, organized, and efficient work environment.
Collaborate with the Safety Coordinator to ensure the warehouse, yard, and site are organized to maintain a safe working environment.
Team Collaboration:
Work closely with project teams to forecast material needs and manage lead times.
Supervise and guide crew members and operators in supply management processes.
Qualifications and Skills
Required:
Valid driver’s license.
Ability to work 55 hours per week.
Proficiency in digital tools, including Google Docs, Google Sheets, Google Calendar, and Gmail.
Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Ability to work independently with minimal oversight.
Competency in measuring and inspection tools (e.g., measuring tapes, calipers, lasers) considered an asset.
Physically capable of lifting items up to 50 lbs.
Preferred:
1–3 years of experience in a similar role. (Project Coordinator, Junior Project Manager, Warehouse Management, Inventory Management, Logistics Coordinator, Purchasing Assistant, Estimator)
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or Project Management Certification is considered an asset.
Familiarity with construction equipment, processes, and terminology.
Experience with logistics, scheduling, and building systems.
Obsessed with details, organization and team efficiency.
Knowledge of international shipping, customs processes, and handling long lead times considered an asset.
